New Organizational Reforms and Personnel Changes at Yamaha Motor
IWATA, March 31, 2022 - Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (Tokyo: 7272) has resolved to implement the following organizational reforms and personnel changes, effective, April 1, 2022.
■ Organizational Reforms
1. Technical Research & Development Center
The New Venture Business Development & R&D Strategy Section will be reorganized for the purpose of further technological development of forest measurement technologies.
- The Forestry Management Division of the Unmanned System Business Development Section will be transferred under the New Venture Business Development & R&D Strategy Section.
2. PF Model Unit
The PF Model Development Section will be reorganized for the purpose of improving operational efficiency and human resource mobility.
- The PF Planning Division and the Testing Planning Division will be integrated to form the PF Planning Division.
